			TOM ADAMS Owner and President -- Tom has been with Auction Insurance Agency since 1970. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and joined the company after serving in the United States Navy. In addition, Tom is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). For his contributions to the industry, the National Auto Auction Association named him to their prestigious Hall of Fame in 1992. His late father, Tom Adams, Sr., developed the Check and Title Insurance Policy in the early 1950's. STEVE DEMEDICIS Senior Vice President -- Steve has been with Auction Insurance Agency since 1980. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Steve has many duties with AIA and is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent. Among the most important of his responsibilities is the development and implementation of new products and services. BRANDON WALTON Vice President -- Brandon has been with Auction Insurance Agency since 1993. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama-Birmingham and holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting.  Brandon's duties with AIA include the coordination of all loss prevention, recovery and claims adjusting activities. His responsibilities also include sales of new accounts and maintaining existing accounts. He is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent. BEN PUCKET Vice President -- Ben has been with Auction Insurance Agency since 1997. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds a bachelor's degree in Public Relations. Ben's duties with AIA include coordination of all sales and marketing activities. His duties also include the coordination of our special loss and debt recovery services. He is also responsible for maintaining existing accounts. He is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent. TONY ZEIDLER Vice President -- Tony has been with Auction Insurance Agency since 1998. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds a bachelor's degree in Public Relations.  His responsibilities include loss prevention, recovery, and claims adjusting services for all existing accounts. He is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent. MATT DENTON Vice President -- Matt has been with Auction Insurance Agency since 1999. He is a graduate of Samford University and holds a bachelor's degree in Biology. His responsibilities include loss prevention, recovery, and claims adjusting services for all existing accounts.  In addition, he is the Manheim Auctions account representative and is responsible for the majority of the loss prevention and recovery services provided for Manheim Auctions. ANDREW BROWN Loss Prevention and Recovery Agent -- Andrew has been with Auction Insurance Agency since 2000. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University and holds a bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Mortgage Finance. His responsibilities include loss prevention, recovery, and claims adjusting services for all existing accounts. SAM COMPTON Loss Prevention and Recovery Agent -- Sam has been with Auction Insurance Agency since 2002. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds a bachelor's degree in Public Relations. His responsibilities include loss prevention, recovery, claims adjusting services for all existing accounts. DAVID McBRAYER Loss Prevention and Recovery Agent- David has been with Auction Insurance Agency since 2004. He is a graduate of Birmingham Southern College and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. His responsibilities include loss prevention, recovery, and claims adjusting services for all existing accounts. JEFF HART Loss Prevention and Recovery Agent- Jeff has been with Auction Insurance Agency since 2005. He is a graduate of College of Charleston, SC and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. His responsibilities include loss prevention, recovery, and claims adjusting services for all existing accounts. JASON WATERS Loss Prevention and Recovery Agent- Jason has been with Auction Insurance Agency since 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management. His responsibilities include loss prevention, recovery, and claims adjusting services for all existing accounts. BRENT GILLIS Loss Prevention and Recovery Agent- Brent has been with Auction Insurance Agency since 2005. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds a bachelor's degree in Financial Planning. His responsibilities include loss prevention, recovery, and claims adjusting services for all existing accounts. DOUG MOFFETT Risk Analyst - Doug has been with Auction Insurance Agency since 1998. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama-Birmingham and holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science. Doug's responsibilities include reviewing dealers for removal from the uninsurable listing as well as customer service. DEBBIE THOMPSON Bond Manager and Assistant Risk Analyst - Debbie joined Auction Insurance Agency in 2007. For the past five years, Debbie has worked for AutoTec and most recently was part of the development team as a Business Analyst. Debbie now administers the company's Auction Financial Guarantee bond program and the Automobile dealer bond portfolio. Debbie is also responsible for registering new EKO-site users and monitoring all users information. She also assists with the risk analyst review of dealers. UTE BRANDT Loss Payment Manager -- Ute has been with Auction Insurance Agency since 1992. She acquired a Business degree in Foreign Trade and Wholesale Management in Wurzburg, Germany. Ute's duties with AIA include the coordination of all loss payments under our Check and Title Insurance program. She issues all special free financing policies. Her responsibilities also include all UCC related issues and all free financing programs. She is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent. MARY BASHINSKY Mary has been with AIA since 2006. She is a graduate of The University of Alabama with a bachelor's degree in Library Science. Her responsibilities include assisting with administrative duties and collections. She also monitors and provides customer support for the Electronic KO Book. BETH ZISSETTE Administrative Manager -- Beth has been with Auction Insurance Agency since 1987. She is a graduate of Samford University. Her responsibilities include the coordination of all administrative activities. In addition, she issues all Check and Title policies and endorsements. Beth is also responsible for receiving and processing premium reports from existing accounts. CHRISTIE McRAE Administrative Assistant -- Christie has been with Auction Insurance Agency since February, 2008. She attended Southeastern Bible College, with a major in Missions. Her background includes healthcare administration, human resources and office management. Christie's responsibilities include assisting with all administrative activities. She is also responsible for data entry of daily accounts receivables, customer service, providing support for the weekly KO Book production and distribution and special projects. CARL WARREN Carl has been with AIA's sister company, Robinson-Adams Insurance, since 1978. He began working with auto auctions in 1994. He holds several designations, including: Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and Associate Risk Manager (ARM). He is also a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent. Carl's duties include sales and service of a variety of Bonds, Property, Garage and Worker's Compensation coverage for auto auctions and other businesses. MICHAEL ROHDY Michael has been with the company since 1995. He is a graduate of Samford University and holds a bachelor's degree in History. He is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent with AIA's sister company, Robinson-Adams Insurance. Michael's duties include the production and service of all Property and Casualty Insurance and Bonds written for auto auctions. He also places a variety of business and personal coverage, and is a licensed Life and Health Agent.
